FREAKED ME OUT

Ok this is pointless but i have to write about it... So i am NOT an "Americas got talent" fan, nor do i usually watch TV at that time, but the other night i had to clean on my house so i was watching at it.. thinking; " this is sooo gay!" so then this lil 10yr old girl get up on stage and states she watched "Phantom of the Opera" and started singing opera (Or whatever opera singing is called).. I was like; " right, you weigh 30lbs".. Ok she started singing, and literally she is a FREAK of nature! I'm sorry i know that is harsh, but it was weird she was soo good!!! Seriously watch it on YOutube jackie evancho! CRAZINESS!

Lost pride

So, this is totally not in order, Heathers wedding is the most important but when typing it didnt turn out!! Anyway!! OK, so I really stink with the pictures this time, but i promise i will post them soon. Ok well, the last two weeks we have had company everyday except two, not gotten sleep and ran wild. But its been fun. All at the same time it was all the armature rodeos in the valley, with a week long Homedale rodeo, and Heathers wedding! While attending Heathers wedding i showed up like a whipped dog. The night before i was up at the New Plymouth rodeo, which just happens to be the county fair for the County i work for, so everyone that i work with was attending! Anyway, i reached a personal low....... Thursday night i had stated that i think i had been humbled enough and there was nothing left!! ........Never say that, because thats when you realize you can reach lower than you thought possible! So anyway I'm up in the perf, with all the people i know there.
My mare is kinda rotten, i get to the fence after my run............... and APPARENTLY ( i dont remember) she reared up and whirled around and i must have been leaned up over her, she then reversed and came back the other way and SMACKED me in the face with her head at a pretty rapid pace... when i came to i was sitting in the arena with blood on my face, and the judges running toward me............As i am thinking this through i think; " I dont fall off!!!............HOLY SH&T i just fell off in the barrel racing!!! ......IN A RODEO!!!! ....................DO NOT TOUCH ME! I AM FINE!!!!!!" i then leap, or stagger- whatever, to my feet hurry out the gate as to save the poor mans life whom is trying to hold my mare, and disappeared into the darkness to nurse my pride! Sad that i was thankful i was bleeding, seemed that i wasnt as much of a BARREL RACER that way!! So i attened heathers wedding with a headache, cut lip, swollen nose, and most of all hurt pride!

Heathers Married! Congrates!

Mom and dad and i drove Saturday morning to meet Heather, Hoke and kids with his family to drive to mesa falls where they got married. The above pix is the falls and right about where they were married. It turned out to be a great wedding and we are very happy for her and Hoke. We then all stayed close by in very nice cabin! It was a great trip and beautiful country! I will post more pix later when i have them of the actual wedding!

Tourist in Joseph

( ok so I know that as you guys read this of our CJD weekend it is backwards, but most of you know thats how i think by now rt?)
So we weren't ready to let the weekend slip away Sunday of CJD. So we had breakfast (at 10 am), and then wondered our way to the lake. Tex, Bobbi, Lee and I. We went swimming and then decided, well we needed to eat again! LOL SO we decide to ride the tram to the top of Mt Howard, half way up and tex having some anxiety figures out that we are over the weight limit!LOL surprisingly we still made it up! We hiked around, i forget how amazing and breathtaking the mountains are! We then had a great lunch and safely made it back down the mountain, to sadly end our weekend! Yes i am well aware that in the pix, in my dirty white trash wife beater and turquoise swim suit really makes me look classy!

First Kiddie Parade

So, I was the choreographer for the the CJD Kiddies parade... my main theme was; "WE'RE GONNA WIN"! well.... we didnt, we got thrid actually- sorry suckers for judges!
But still i think for our virgin experience, and considering i may have felt a lil hungover -we did pretty well! I not only got Jaycees smiling lil face out, but a nice lil Favre support in the public eye too (you know we made the Chieftain [local paper]). So i get all our outfitt's , Lotta drives the gator 20mph 3 miles to town down the highway with 150 cars annoyed and backed up behind her. We get there we get dressed,Kara has video camera in hand!! and realized no one has registered (10 minuted before go time) so we walk up to the signup all dressed in our Jerseys smiles on our faces .. because " we're gonna win" and they look at us like ; "you have to be under 15 to be in the parade". And we sign our names and they then say " whose the under 15yr old that is going to drive the gator?"................UH HELLLLOOOOO Jaycees 2 and Lotta and i were the ringers!So we throw a fit and it does no good! SO we steal a kid from behind the sign up table! And we are back in business!
Even though Amy and i didnt quite get our time to shine, we were lucky to have Logan, as our driver and her and Jaycee did great!!! SO did max and Busch (dogs). WE SHOULDVE WON!

CJD

..........ALL I CAN SAY IS WOW!
Ok so CJD this year we were ROCKSTARS! Apparently we are getting older, but we dont realize it yet! It started Tues. and carried through sunday!Bobbi came down Friday (granted she was well behind on the fun scale , because us and all the Williams lived it up thursday) and Our Friend Lee was up Saturday but came friday and was able to stay through sunday, and Tiff and Jace hung out too- sooo fun!
So i dont have time to give a blow by blow of the week....so in summary we; drank, danced,visited,joined in festivities, drank, danced, visited! LOL We had an amazing lake day saturday (minus Tex almost drowning[his leg cramped up, and his floating device was loosing air rapidly-happens when there are holes in plastic and you weigh 225]kurt saving him, which then almost lead us to divorce, because i thought he was"the lil boy that cried wolf) The weather was out of this world, and i am pretty sure there should be a country song wrote about our air mattress party barge/ convoy! There were about 10+ of us on some sort of floating device (scott was sporting the inflatable gator that i think he stole from the neighbor kids)and the rest of us on air mattress all connected and well equipped with a floating cooler! YES i am still peeling ! its like we get up there and forget we all have; jobs/responsibilities/stress and we are all in college and have won the lotto! HAHA so great! I LOVE JOSEPH and all our fun friends and family!

The Zoo & Our Anniversary

Fitting isnt it!!!LOL The weekend before Tex and I's anniversary we went to Boise and played tourist and stayed the night. Tex surprised me which was really sweet of him!! He earned some husband points!One of our "outings" was we went to the zoo! Tex had never been to a zoo! So we really did have fun! The penguins were my fav! Their was a really fat one that kept showing off! I think WHEN I win the lotto i will have some pet penguins let Daisy chase them around! So even though these pix are kinda boring I'm still posting them! The tigers are the size of pony's (or horses tex rides) !!! CRAZY!

OK, First off wowsa!!!! I have been really slacking on my blogging! Some of you may jump to the conclusion it is due to my of succumbing to the peer pressure of my underachiever friends and getting a FB account.............WELL thats not it! I just have been busy busy!"If you stuck you hand in my back pocket i would drag you plum to death!"LOL .......seriously though!
As far as the FB account, curiosity killed the cat, so yes i have one and i DO post from time to time. But in all reality the only thing i see that is cool about it is that you can spy on alot of people. Either people you like, dislike, wish you knew, glad their fat, wished their fat, etc??? Its like a way of giving America a reality soap opera, but bigger! Not really sold, but it is mildly entertaining, so i guess ill keep it.
HOWEVER BLOGGING IS WAY STILL WAY COOLER! and i know you guys are happy that i havent stopped, due to FB!

HAPPY FRIDAY

So obviously i am just bored, but i am so entertaining that i have to keep posting! I am also happy because it is not only Friday but i have Monday off, because i am cool like that! Ok So i havent gotten to post my opinion lately, weird. So here it is for today.
So Crazy Heart just moved into my top 5 moive category! FREAKIN ROCKED! I realize its been out for a while, and very lame i hadnt watched it before now, but whatever. I loved it! Its a "must" for my movie collection! Ok have a great weekend everyone (since i usually dont post on the weekends, busy busy)

OK, I AM ANNOUCING IT ON THE INTERNET! THIS IS AN ULTRA SOUND

BLONDIES ULTRA SOUND! She's Prego!( Hi, of course its not me all my below posts are about drinking!) YUP and it is on our Fridge! I think i have 11 months of "get out of jail free card" from me having to be prego because tex has blondies baby to worry about! hahhaha

So on the third we got up at the butt crack of dawn and drove to the good ole Haines Stampede..... it was Tex's first outting of the summer (since being hurt) though he didnt win any $ he did get alot of socializing in! And we did see two first, Brian Knowles heading a steer , and Jadon roping a horse, though neither were really what i call "succesful".. they put out a good effort and layed good ground work for the beer garden ! We also got to see the Stewart family, so that was a plus, where Jett wont he barrels! So after being pressure washed by dust in haines we load up and drive to Joseph. Well as soon as we get horses unloaded we go to have dinner at the cabin ( williams/patterson cabin) and then its off to the Mule. So we walk into the Mule still in our "cowboy" clothes.............. and there is a band ..... that was some boys that looked like they were 12 (yes i am getting old) that had glued facial hair on, and strumming loudly on guitars screaming alot....wow i am old! Plus the place looked like something old country songs are wrote about, "the cowboys against the hippies"(yes there was a figth later)the place was packed with unwashed dread locks and smelt of a green cigarette... so we get something to drink and go outside to sit around the fire pit. Well after we have all settled in for a few, suddenly a group of the "other kind" start moving the lawn furniture and doing some kinda yoga/Calisthenics .... ???... then they whip out some sticks and chains ( stop thinking dirty) which they proceed to dip in gas and light on fire! they are fire dancers! SO one would think, "hey there in a public place. crammed with people, WITH FIRE! surely they know what they are doing".. WRONG so the guy lights his stick(again stop thinking dirty) on fire does a few twirls and suddenly losing control and spear chucks this thing right into tex's head! His arm, and head are FLAMING! he gets his arm patted out but doesnt realize his head is still flaming, so the spear thrower runs over and pats him out! He apologizes... tex laughs, and Scott runs in and tells Gary the bar owner, who then comes out and proceeds to explain the the hippies why throwing fire when you dont know how is not acceptable behavior! ANd tex gets a free drink...now even though is is an AMAZING story the more amazing part is that Tex didnt Choke ANYONE! So apparently its ok to catch Tex on fire, he's not gonna freak!

4th of July at the Lake!

So we went to the county for the 4th. It was the first time in a long time! Jaime came up too, we had fun! It was pretty laid back, and nice. The williams boys did NOT disappoint anyone this year!!!
So every year the city of Joseph collects donations, and has fundraisers to pay for a 4th of July firework show....only to have everyone get more excited about the williams boy show! LOL
The city of Joseph needs to realize its tough to beat; a couple cases of beer, obnoxious friends cheering you on, and a few hundred dollars worth of illegal fireworks! The 30 minute extravaganza was well worth the wait! And luckily only Kurt,Scott, and Tex (for the second time that weekend) were the only ones caught on fire, the rest of us innocent bystanders did alrt! I do have to say that Joseph's fireworks were pretty good too! :) So these pix are from the "preparations" they don't do justice to the actual magnitude of the wreck! LOL and of course i had to add Jaycee in, with her tattooed uncles! :)

Kimber has arrived!

So Tanya is officially a mother of a beautiful baby girl "Kimber" they are both doing well! CONGRATS!I had to post the pix of Tanya and Kimber in the boat, since not even 2 weeks prior it was the same pix but kimber hadnt arrived, Tanya is a die hard! :)

Classic Sutfin moment

So, we have a couple horses for sale... " gentle as can be" so we have people come out last night, they show up and the guy is looking for a beginner horse(forgot to tell me that before they drove 45 minutes)... he is in sweat pants mind you, and so we throw the saddle on him and tex is saying how "he has only bucked once his whole life" and so gentle. I lead the potlicker away from the post and he proceeds to not only buck!.. but buck and bell er and kick!!!!! and he isnt giving it up! Needless to say we are not one horse less this am........ DANG HORSE TRADERS

Last weekend

So last weekend we made a marathon trip to Joseph to drop our colts off for the summer, and jaycee's 2 bday party WOO HOO! It happened to be the car show as well, so fun! It was so great to get to hang out iwth Amy, Kurt, Proberts, Kara/Jacob,heather, char and my fam! I didnt want to leave! We had a great time and made me really feel like summer maybe here! So this was friday night when Jaycee and i "preparty" putting on lip gloss.The kid has "chap fits" i swear, she is obsessed with lip stuff! She makes me laugh so much!

I titled this "Jaycee bday skirt" because i didnt know how to spell ToTo??? WOWSA i am blonde at times! Anyway so this is what grandma Char got Jaycee, she was hilarious! LOts of twirling! sorry i know you cant see her face but there was too much twirling! And yes that is a crown she is wearing! So strange i seem to remember someone saying "my kid will NOT wear pink".........and now she not only wearing pink, she plays with dolls, wears jewelry, and loves lip gloss! hahaha

The car show was soo fun! I hadnt been to it in years! It really made me want to get in daisy duke cut off shape, with my avatar's and wife beater cruising my hypothetical trans am! LOL "East bound and down".. instead i just drank beer and got a sunburn( great second option)! So here is lil Texican posing for his picture!

Heather came up for the weekend too and brought Jaylee, we had fun and it was a good visit. Though Jaylee wasnt too impressed with the "old" car's she did a good job of paying attention :). This car was a 1937 ford! it was AWESOME! I really wanted to drive it!

Ok i couldn't help but steal this pic off Tanya's blog! She and Dane look soo cute! OMG she is trooper! I'd probably be at home bossing/making his life miserable, (Tex) from the couch at this juncture! So anyday Tanya could be a mom to a lil girl! :) She looks great!

More Daisy

So Daisy in her, wiser years, has gotten so she will eat ANYTHING Jeremy eats!LOL She is still keeping her girlish figure though! But anyway so i guess today she was ridding around being the "Shoeing boss" and they had burritos. Well daisy obviously wasnt done with her's.. and then the bag got stuck on her head!

SO! as if we didnt have enough illness around our place! But the otter day daisy bit a bee and had to be rushed to the Vet!! :) and a benadryl shot and $65 bucks later she was fine. However if you look back to last summer , her and tex have the same reaction to bees!

More Randall Fun!

So we went to Succor creek last sunday. Tex, Randall, Bobbi,dogs and i. It was nice to get out and just have a laid back sunday! Well, all the way there Tex was picking on Randall, and everyone else for that matter. So we were driving back and look over and Randall has secured the seat belt around Tex's neck, without him knowing. So when Tex realizes this he freaks and the thing locks!And we can NOT get it loose, so we pull over twice, even shut the pickup off. NOT working! granted... there was a small problem that if we wouldve wrecked my husbands life was in danger...but im sorry it was still hilarious! Tex's bad knee and nuse around his neck! I was bawling, he was trying to convince us to let him cut it, so finally we drove across to town to Mitch's (Bobbis bro) and he whipped out an array of tools and had to take the entire case of fthe seat belt! And finally Tex was freed!

We are very fortunate to have such great friends, all of you!! But i would be lying if i told you i didnt get some enjoyment out of making short jokes about Randall! So he and Tex have become inseparable! hahahah mainly because tex can't even put his socks on in the am without randall, or drive! :) JK Randal has been awesome. SAD DAY!

I post this post as; "SAD DAY" but in a way its another win for us woman..... As much as men like to pretend they are in control, they know they arent.
I am attaching an article, Jared Allen got married.. and the new mrs allen said the Mullett had to go. NOw I say sad because like every other stallion in AMerica i LOVE THE ALLEN MULLETT! However, it shows that even the man that made the mullett cool again can be conquered by a woman!

ITS BROOKE BDAY

Today marks the last year of Brookes youth! HAPPY BDAY FRIEND!

So some of you may not know but jeremy had a wreck bulldogging and had to have knee surgery last week... Not good when your self employeed! he is doing well though and has been really positive I'm proud of him. Luckily randall eshelor canme down and. Is helping him keep his shoeing clients happy, we are lucky to have good friends! On a happier note I found some good from this injury. Since jeremy is laid up there is no way I can be also so that has kept me this am from driving head on into traffic, or jumping from my car while moving, or atleast stapling my eyelid to my face to get out of spending the day witha supervisor that makes my life a living hell and I envision wwfing her face! Urrrghhh so if I don't post for awhile you will all know I had to self inflict pain to get out of this day! Ok I'm off my soap box rt now! Have a great day

What Reality TV has done to us!

So most all evening Saturday I was getting text messages from the Horners….which from now on we will refer to them as “modern day Bud and Sissy” ( they did have their reception at Gillys!)
So from the pix I received all I can think is that Austin is releasing a new TX based reality TV show, trying to find the next “real cowboy, to ride that bull, and the tough lovin beer drinking woman that stands by his side!” Well look no further! Not only are these two perfect for the job, the film co. can save money on prompts, because the Horners can do it all!!!!!!!!
Now don’t doubt Kerry , I realize he is wearing a queening buckle, but its just for good luck from his lil lady…. Until he can win that “mechanical Bull ridding buckle!” Now ….. I know it is hard for you to believe but the below shots were taken in Bud and Sissy’s apartment!!! Again they can do their own prompts!!! Wine tasting on Derby day

So this last weekend was spring barrel release in Walla Walla, its becoming a tradition for my mom and Judy Ables to go over with Shannon and wine taste……..even though my mom (especially) doesn’t drink wine?? But they have a great time and is a great excuse to get out of “the county”. Now they went on May 1, which was derby day. So mom and Judy wore their derby hats! They look cute!I will make it one year !!

Last year of my youth

So since the last year of my Youth is a big deal, and America Knows it, I received a personal Happy Birthday email from Brett(and my B came to see me!!!!!!!!)… Now I know he didn’t want to make too big of a deal of it and I know he is pressed for time, trying to decided if he is going to come back and win the superbowl this year or not… so he only had a brief moment to wish me happy birthday. WhittleBit of Horner!

Last weekend ended the “whittle bit of_________” Patti whittle married Kerry and is now a Horner! So the Marshalls and Sutfins road tripped it to Vegas! We stayed the first night in Jackpot NV, and Tex and my dad sat down at the Keno lounge ( my adhd is to strong for Keno) anyway tex put in $5 and won 1G! It rocked! So we got to vegas in time to go to the pool which was fun, and in this pool pix tex is actually NOT the one trying to drowned small children?? HAHAH and as you see the “caution” tape around the hot tub….we were on a money saving mission…. But it was fun anyway, and I kinda felt like the hot girl at the pool…yeah know between the “caution tape” and the walmart people staying at our hotel with us lying in the taped up chairs next to me.. I looked gooooood! HAHAH Seriously it was really fun! And we are super happy for Kerry and Patti Horner!In the second pix, there are two things you need to focus on…One.. yes that is a mallard in the fountain outside of Caesars, and two Texs shirt says “ I love Fried Bologna sandwiches”….. HILLBILLIE that’s why I love him! Oh yes that margarita was 4ft tall!

OK so you have to read the below post to know what this pix is all about, but this is at WW at the futurity. I was happy with my run and even happier that I got to hang out Jenn! She looks great and was sooo fun to see her! Her girls are adorable, and she is a great mom and doing well! I cant wait to see her out and about at races and such again!

The Time Line of success

So two weeks ago it was the Walla Walla futurity, now every year I say (unless I win money…so yeah pretty much every year) “ I am not going back there…..a bunch of hoyttie toyttie rich b&tches! …and I don’t win! LOL You would think by this age and this stage of the game….. I would be a better loser, its not like I haven’t had some practice at it, but I have had enough success that it makes me HATE the loosing… When I think back to my “losing “ time line it went like this: When I was younger “ this is fun! I don’t care about winning”… then I won….. so then it went to “if you cant win better look good doing it”…then I quickly progressed from there to the Chukar U motto; “if you cant win drink!!!!” which also goes hand in hand with; :”if you win drink!” And now that I am more mature and wiser I have progressed into the stage of ; “if I don’t win I will through myself down and kick and scream!” I consider myself a role model……………………However as some of you know, I have now progressed into my last year of youth…….. yes I am now 29. And how I know that the years of maturity have reached me is this; at the WW futurity I was happier than the fat kid at the ice cream truck with not winning! My mare was a ROCKSTAR, I was soo happy with her, she has progressed sooo much! That was a really hard test on her and she came through. So her is my “proud of my mare pix”.
